− TV is not working. Bathroom pipe is leaking. Rooms and Bathroom are needed a renovation. It is like an ordinary room(Nothing is there as complimentary like soap and no bathroom towel) .

− There were hygiene issues in the room. The bed linens were dirty and had spots on it. We felt itchy in and after we got out of bed.
