1.0− i had booked though booking.com. they had called for confirmation. i had confirmed of my arrival. after reaching they denied the booking and didn't allow my family to check-in. almost ruined the trip for my family. we had to spend hours to find a better stay. Staff was rude during the whole process of communication.

− The economy suite was a bit too smaller than I expected and even the room heater was charged additionally. If I were to go again I would never choose the economy suite again.
