10.0Ein komfortables Zimmer mir allem, was man braucht, in Zentrumsnähe von Olot. Ausgesprochen freundliches und sehr hilfsbereites Personal!!! Bei allen meinen Anliegen wurde mir bestens geholfen!! Sogar Waschmaschinenbenutzung ist möglich!!
− Mein Zimmer ging zur Strasse. Die Leuchtreklame(?) oder Hotelbeleuchtung stört in der Nacht ausserordentlich im Zimmer, wenn man den Rollo nicht komplett hermetisch verschliessen will......

8.0Remarque à l'attention de l'hôtel : Ce matin, lorsque nous sommes sortis du garage, il nous a semblé que la porte n’était pas entièrement ouverte. Je suis sortie de la voiture et j’ai constaté que la porte de la salle de billard était maintenue ouverte par un extincteur. Je l’ai refermée et je suis allée rendre les cartes et la télé commande . J’ai essayé d’expliquer à la personne de l’accueil, je ne sais pas si elle a compris car ce n’est pas elle qui avait dû ouvrir la porte mais des clients. Le problème est que lorsque mon mari est sorti avec la voiture, la porte a été réouverte et a touché la voiture. Il n’y a pas trop de dégâts mais je tenais à vous le signaler. Dominique Chauve Remarque pour booking : lors de ma réservation, il ne restait qu'une chambre avec lits jumeaux que j'ai réservée. Une semaine plus tard était proposée une chambre avec un grand lit. J'ai demandé l'échange. On m'a répondu oui mais ce n'a pas été fait.
El AC dejó de funcionar
7.0La limpieza y lo practico.
− Al volver a la habitación por la noche el AC dejó de funcionar y no había nadie con quien hablar en recepción. . Tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta, no hay problema en otra época del año pero el 17 de Julio con la ola de calor y habiendo pagado por una habitación con aire....pues eso.
