upkeep and facilities need to be maintained -location is excellent
4.0location : excellent, just in front of the Bhutan gate. I booked it on a short notice, just because of the location.
− upkeep and maintenance: poor. bathroom fixtures were not good, leaking health faucet, half of the floor under construction, breakfast starts very late... 7..7:30am is expected. also took some time to locate my booking through booking.com, but they gave the room at the booked cost. staff was courteous - no complaints on that
