5.0Breakfast was not good, staff services were poor, Water pressure in the bathroom taps was very low and why I need to follow-up for their jobs.

Good, but could have been better.
6.0The property needs to be more quiet during the night time. Lot of disturbances during the night which annoys light sleepers like me. Breakfast options could include eggs at least, instead of only idlis. They should install water heaters in every room instead of centralised one. Lot of water gets wasted till the hot water comes.
