10.0Suasana jepangnya suka banget, nyaman, dan pelayanannya baik dan ramah, respon cepat, cek in cek out cepat, dr security, resepsionis, semua ramah. Kamar bersih dan ac dingin, fasilitas toilet ok, fasilitas hotel untuk kolam renang jg aman buat anak, hanya saja waktu pagi sudah ada yg berenang anak2 lari di koridor berasa ganggu banget. Hanya saja Area parkir kurang luas saat musim liburan/weekend. Kemarin sampe parkir valley, tp oke aja sih sebenernya tp jd g bisa keluar lg nikmati batu
