Location, cleanliness

− Disturbance from the DJ party at top floor. Rooms also were vibrating. Luckily the party was till 11pm

Staff supportive, Cleanliness and location

− There was a DJ party first night and due to the loud sound the whole room was vibrating on the first day. It continued till 11pm. Rooms are not sound proof. During the 2nd and 3rd day also, the music sound was coming from some events on the top floor but not that much like the first day DJ party. Also the restaurant food was overpriced and not that tasty.

Very uncomfortable stay. Negative mind set staff. Discourteous Front office staff and other staff.

B'fast was not included in my package. We initially thought of eating b'fast at the hotel and asked for the menu. However the staff were not prepared to tell us till about 8.30AM. Since the menu did not have Dosha or Idly, Vada we droped the idea to take our b'fast at the hotel and therefore checked out early so that we can take b'fast elsewhere and drive on. Car parking space was enough and the security staff employed were matured and sensible. They cooperated with us and were helpful. All other staff were youngsters and were not cordial in meeting our requirements. Front office staff were not trained staff and did not give clear answers. AC was not functioning properly and was not cooling, room number was 308. The staff should have immediately made arrangements to shift us to a different room. During evening at about 9PM after lot of arguments with the AC mechanic and staff, very reluctantly, they shifted us to an inferior room with two single beds. Dining place was of a pub culture with dull light and loud noise, which did not suit we senior citizen. We had to go out for dinner to a different hotel. Glass brought to room for a drink for my guest family was dirty and not cleaned. The staff refused to either clean the glass or change the glass. I had to ask for meeting the manager and then only the staff took the glasses back and replace those dirty glasses. Generally the rooms were well lit but, poorly furnished. The quality of rooms were of any ordinary hotel. Discourteous staff and negativity minded staff made our stay very uncomfortable.

− Front office should have more experienced and positive minded staff. They were not accepting my request to forward my complaint of AC to their immediate boss. No help was forth coming till my guests also joined me in asking for a change of room from room number 308. Very reluctantly they sifted me to a room number 206, an inferior quality. Dinner dining hall was not meant for elders of our kind. B'fast menu was a secret till 8.30 AM and found that it was not of our taste. However carparking area security staff were good and well behaved. I shall never recommend any of my friends and relatives to book accommodation in this hotel in Trissur.
