Beautiful resort, friendly staff, and a stunning pool!
10.0The swimming pool area is absolutely stunning, and the entire resort is beautifully maintained with lovely gardens and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were always attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep every night.
− There are only two small points that could be improved. At the breakfast buffet, the bacon and egg dishes were cold, which was a little disappointing. Also, it would be a nice touch if guests received a complimentary bottle of water in the room every day, rather than only on arrival. This is something we would expect from a five-star hotel.
