Unfortunately, our stay was cut short due to cleanliness issues.
8.0Great location, spacious room, good lighting, beautiful view of Melk Abbey and a quiet atmosphere.
− First and foremost, it was unacceptable that there were 12 spiders on the ceiling of our bedroom. When we arrived in the evening and switched on the lights, we noticed the spiders and the large webs after a while. The corners and edges of the ceiling had clearly not been cleaned. When we wanted to speak to the staff, they had already left, which was also a surprise, as nobody had informed us upon arrival that there would be no staff available during the late evening or night.
