− Pool view room was noisy (from 7am) and the outside streamed in through the window all night

7.0Petugas hotel front office sigap dalam mengkomunikasikan kebutuhan customer untuk kamarnya, overall kamar bersih tapi bawah kasur harus tetap disapu walaupun tidak terlihat, sarapan pagi enak setara dengan harga & kelas/bintangnya, lokasi strategis karena di atas Toserba Asia sehingga dekat untuk berbelanja.
− Untuk kamar tipe deluxe dan superiornya baik, tetapi ada kekurangan : AC kurang dingin karena mungkin lokasi kamar dekat dengan atap Mal Toserba Asia, bawah kasur harus disapu walaupun kurang terlihat customer karena kotor, kaporit kolam renang tinggi banget sehingga membuat sesak dan bentol-bentol, exhaust fan kamar mandi berisik, petugas hotel kurang ramah (tidak menegur customer)
