10.0Room clean, comfortable and cosy. Breakfast was good. Travel/taxi service attached to the hotel for ease of travelling in and around Mysuru.

4.0The hotel room was spacious and clean.
− Service. The service requires much improvement. No one took the calls to the restaurant in the evening or in the morning. In the morning, someone took the call made to the second number to the restaurant. But I was told it will take half an hour for a cup of coffee. This was at 645AM. They don't have the menu in the room. We have to Reception, who sends a person with a QR Code to the Menu. If the aim is to save paper, send the QR Code of the Menu on phone to guests, no?

Good Hotel at a very good & peaceful location! Disturbance from upper floor was upsetting.
7.0The hotel location was very good & the property was of good standard. The rooms were also well kept.
− There was lot of noise / disturbance from above floor . It seems it was due to the furniture movement in the meeting room. The matter was reported to the staff at the reception.
