− La struttura non ci ha informati fino al check in sul malfunzionamento della piscina che non é stata disponibile per l intero soggiorno, se avessimo saputo del disguido avremmo scelto una sistemazione diversa, il prezzo.del.servizio complessivo è stato troppo elevato.

− Min datter fikk frastjålet sin lille bamse i fra rommet. Vet ikke om det var hensikt eller ved en misforståelse at den ble borte men vi fikk ingen oppfølging. Denne bamsen har har følgt min datter i 9 år så det var veldig trist at den ble borte i fra rommet. Dette ble meldt til personalet i resepsjonene og renhold men vi fikk ingen oppfølging.

− Menađer koji je toliko uočiljiv samo hoda po hotelu. Gdje god kreneš njega sretnes od bazena,put prema sobi, izlaz iz hotela. Znači di god kreneš on je tu. I točno se vidjelo po drugim ljudima kako su ga gledali. A radnicu mu strahu.
