6.0− They not repay me my balance amount. Purposely avoiding. And at the time of check out m in hurry and forgot to demand for balance amount. After checkout the didnt call and not paid my balance amount. Very chif staff purposely not repaid and avoid.

7.0We were only for 7 ½ hours and our check out was early in the morning at 06:30 and still they arranged Tea for us at 6 am...which is highly commendable and appreciated.
− Room telephone ☎️ and a chair had layers of dust ...just because I wanted to use the phone I cleaned it with wet wipes. No basic amenities were in the room when we entered the room, like Towels, soap...we had to ask for it..and it took them 20-25 mins to arrange the same ...
