− Room too hot -air conditioner not working properly - too much noise at night couldn’t sleep - staff moving stuff all night in hallway outside room - and then baby crying at 3am-4am - no sleep

− bathroom and towel not really clean, there are ants in the 2 from 3 I booked . On 6 am and after 10 pm people are talking hard even yelling in the coridor.
