9.0We really liked the location of the hotel. It was close to the beach and the promenade, yet the atmosphere inside the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. There were plenty of sun loungers both around the pool and on the lawn, surrounded by lots of greenery, which made the environment very pleasant. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The underground parking garage was excellent and very convenient. Both the breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a good variety of options. We also appreciated that the service staff regularly attended to guests around the pool during the day. It was a very thoughtful and pleasant surprise to find a bottle of sparkling wine in our room on my birthday. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and nicely furnished. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would gladly return.
− Our room and terrace faced the promenade directly. While the view was beautiful, there was quite a lot of noise outside. Early in the morning we could hear garbage collection and other service vehicles, and in the evenings there was often noise from tourists staying out until the early hours. As a result, we were unable to keep the windows open and enjoy fresh air if we wanted a good night's sleep. Rooms located farther from the promenade would likely be a better choice for guests who are sensitive to noise. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the spa because children are not permitted. I understand and respect this policy, but I was disappointed that this information was not clearly stated during the booking process. My daughter is used to visiting wellness facilities and is always quiet and considerate. It would have been nice if there were designated family hours when at least older children could use the spa for a short period.
