7.0Lovely hotel, friendly, helpful staff.
− The restaurant staff were very helpful, however food service was very slow. Waited 1 hour and a half to order food and arrived 40 mins later. Arrived at 8.30pm, ate at 10.30 pm. Restaurant wasn't that busy at the time. Another couple were complaining about the food service. Food was excellent when it arrived, staff were apologetic and helpful, seemed to have a number of staff working at the time.
