10.0The hotel is nice, good location in goma. Spacious rooms and gyms spa was great also.
− Serviice delivery during our stay was far from satisfactory. The staff members appeared to be extremely slow in attending to our requests, and it was evident that there was a shortage of staff available to handle the guests' needs effectively. This lack of efficiency in service greatly impacted our overall experience at the hotel.
