Very bad experiences.
1.0Actually, I reserved including break fast. When I occupied, they never told that break fast was not included. In the morning when I went for break fast , I was unceremoniously sent out from the dining hall. When I called the reception, they told that you were not eligible; they never console or arrange the breakfast with subsidized rate etc.
− Actually, the flesh out washing pipe is very stiff and also pour water with speed; very difficult to wash properly. Very important: the Razai provided in the room was sweating smell. As it was rainy season, it was very much smelling; not cleaned at all. Moring I saw rainy water was on the floor as well as on the steps on the way from 2nd floor lift to my room 206. It was cleaned only after 11 am.

− Bedsheet was not clear had some skin infection after using that.
Comfortable and but there was a lot of noise coming from Magna Kitchen and Bar on the same floor.
7.0Faclities and Location was excellent. Room was neat and clean.
− Door lock not working. Had to inform reception multiple times yet issue remained unresolved.
