− Stay away from this hotel; what they advertise bears no relation to what you actually get. They use the "non-refundable" category as a pretext to keep your money. They don't answer the phone or reply to messages, especially when you go through Booking.com, a company that is even worse than the hotel itself. Once you’ve paid, they wash their hands of the matter, and in the end, neither party takes responsibility or steps up to address your issues. Don't let yourself be fooled or scammed; the two of them make the perfect team for exactly that.
