Good suburban location, quiet area. Good rooms. Not so great services, which is typical in Kerala.
7.01) Location 2) Hotel was overall enjoyable
− 1) Hot water was not available. We had lukewarm water one day. And none on the second day. 2) WIFI never worked 3) I booked from the USA, expecting that the Credit Card would be accepted. But the Credit Card payment was not available during checkout 4) Housekeeping removed the old soap on the second day, but did not replace it.

3.0− No proper Wifi connectivity in room. After being named as a business Hotel, they didn't even have proper network for people to take online meetings. I had to take a couple of meetings on like. which had to be done from lobby area.
