Problems with air conditioning and fridge. Would not stay here again
2.0Clean room, nice swimming pool and good breakfast
− Very disappointed with our stay. During a heatwave, the air conditioning in our room did not work. We repeatedly informed the staff, but they kept brushing us off and saying it would be fixed, yet nothing changed. The fridge also didn’t work, so we couldn’t even keep water cold. After several complaints, we were finally moved to another room, but unfortunately the same two issues were present there as well. This made our stay very uncomfortable and was not the experience we expected.

10.0Tutto molto ma molto bene. Stanza pulita e servizio eccellente. Abbiamo anche usufruito della piscina, molto pulita e confortevole. Aggiungo la grande professionalità del responsabile che ci ha dato supporto per un inconveniente personale. Persona affabile, attenta er empatica. Vi salutiamo e speriamo di vederci nuovamente
