8.0The restaurat inside the hotel it was very good and the location was superb. I planed to visit only Srirangam and helped a lot. The reception of the hotel that was a bit rude, they could treat the guests better. The staff was very polite.

− Room service was not good. Asked for cutlery to room it took 30mins. Complimentary food was yuck. It was really bad. Restaurant attached had bad service.
