10.0La passion hotel is located at the heart of Hanoi old quarter. The hotel itself has amazing decoration and a walking distnace to most attractions, cafes and restuarants.. Once we arrived the staff greeted us with smiles and arranged everthing very quick. I would like to thank Roza, Bella and Tony for making our stay comfortable and free of hassle. Adding to that, you can leave your luggage at the hotel's locker if you want to go Sapa and its free of charge. We left ours for three days and then Roza arranged a van to transport our luggages to the other hotle we stayed in at Hanoi. If I come to Hanoi again, definitely, I will book at La Passion hotel l.
