10.0L'hôtel très charmant, la.chambre etait propre et grande. La terrasse est magnifique et le cadre très agréable Le spa est grand et inclus avec la chambre

Schlechtes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
4.0Der Garten mit dem Outdoorpool, der Indoorpoolbereich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich und lecker.
− Als wir gebucht hatten, wurden uns in der Zimmerkategorie vor allem Fotos von renovierten / modernen Zimmern angezeigt. Deswegen hat es uns dann umso mehr schockiert, in einem älteren Zimmer mit Teppichboden und alten Möbeln einquartiert zu werden. Das Zimmer war im 2. Stock im Stammhaus unter dem Dach und bei Ankunft extrem heiß - was mit Kleinkind nicht schön war. Es gab ein Klimagerät - allerdings hat der Schlauch nicht bis zum Fenster gereicht, wenn das Klimagerät in der Steckdose war. Zu erwähnen ist, dass die Rezeiptionistin sich hier sehr ins Zwug gelegt hat - und uns dann noch ein Verlängerungskabel organisiert hat und auch sonst sehr freundlich war. Was man von der Rezeptionistin am nächsten Morgen dann nicht mehr behaupten konnte. Hier hatte man das Gefühl, dass man nach Check Out nicht mehr erwünscht war - obwohl man laut Infobroschüre und vor Ort Information Garten und Wellnessbereich bis 13 Uhr am Abreisetag nutzen kann (Wir haben einfach noch die Zeit bis zur Abreise etwas ausdehnen wollen, um den Mittagsschlaf unseres Sohnes für die Weiterfahrt zu nutzen). Darüber hinaus noch ein kleines Manko - es gibt im Stammhaus einen Aufzug, aufgrund einiger Treppen ist es aber nicht ganz barrierefrei.
