3.0− Booking.com üzerinden “Göl Manzaralı Oda” rezervasyonu yaptım. Ancak bana verilen odanın manzarası ilanda belirtilen ve fotoğraflarda gösterilen manzarayla uyuşmuyor. Göl yalnızca ağaçlar, çatılar ve diğer yapılar arasından kısmen görülebiliyor. Balkonun ana manzarası engelli olduğu için bu odanın gerçek anlamda “göl manzaralı” olarak satılması yanıltıcıdır. Balkonumdan çektiğim fotoğrafları kanıt olarak ekliyorum. Yanıltıcı ilan nedeniyle konunun incelenmesini ve uygun bir tazminat veya kısmi ücret iadesi talep ediyorum.Fotograflardada görüldüğü gibi tek manzarasız oda budur
