The beds were comfortable and the water flow was strong and good.The staff was efficient and nice, although no one smiled or was welcoming.

− The acoustics were not good. We could hear the people in the adjacent rooms and the soldiers staying there made a lot of noise early in the morning. The breakfast was very poor, unhealthy and not varied. The rooms smelled musty and there was no air conditioning...and no water to drink in the rooms

Great breakfast, clean interiors, amazing view, nice garden with lot of trees, river and silent neighborhood. In this hote you'll feel like a rich person from the soviet 80s.

− Balcony door would not open nor shut, so we had to use the window, but that's no big deal, but the matresses were hard as a rock and that mattered to me.

AVOID – confirmed our reservation, then refused accommodation upon arrival, claiming no rooms were available.

− Despite having a confirmed reservation through Booking.com, the hotel refused to accommodate our group of six, claiming they had no available rooms. The receptionist, who was clearly annoyed, tried to justify the situation by saying that according to their policy, reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If that’s the case, why did they confirm our booking on the very same day we made it? This is completely absurd and unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans cet hôtel au dernier moment, car notre guesthouse ne répondait plus à nos messages. Malheureusement, l’établissement est assez vieillissant et semble manquer d’entretien. De nombreux éléments paraissent usés ou fragiles. Nous avons été surpris de voir une liste de tarifs affichée pour chaque objet susceptible d’être cassé, alors que plusieurs équipements donnent déjà l’impression d’être en mauvais état. Le lit était le principal point négatif de notre séjour. Le sommier semblait très fragile et le matelas était extrêmement dur, ce qui n’a pas permis de passer une nuit confortable. De plus, la chambre est recouverte de tapis, ce qui peut être problématique pour l’hygiène et les personnes sensibles à la poussière. Il n’y a pas de climatisation et la chambre était assez chaude durant notre séjour. Le petit-déjeuner est correct et offre l’essentiel. Une petite attention supplémentaire, comme servir les pancakes chauds, serait appréciée. Dans l’ensemble, l’établissement peut convenir pour une courte étape, mais il mériterait un rafraîchissement et davantage d’entretien pour améliorer le confort des voyageurs.
