Ik ben echt teleurgesteld dat er geen kamer beschikbaar was en dat hun koffiezetapparaat niet werkt.
4.0Zij hebben mij wel een kopje capuchon gegeven. En ik waardeer dit, maar dit zou wel moeten. Want ik stond bij de balie van het restaurant te wachten. De jonge man die mij geholpen heeft, praatte wel vriendelijk.
− Toen ik binnenkwam, was niemand op het kantoor of ergens om mi te ontvangen, terwijl ik aangegeven was tussen 16 en 17: 00 uur te komen inchecken. Ik was precies 16: 55 uur. Dus ik kwam binnen op de aangegeven tijd. Helaas moest ik naar het restaurant lopen om iemand daar te zoeken die mij kon helpen. Hieruit bleek dat er geen kamer beschikbaar voor mij was, terwijl ik dit al online betaald had. Toen zij dit aan het zoeken waren ( hierover bellen en overleggen), hebben zij mij wel een kopje capuchon gegeven. En ik waardeer dit, maar dit zou wel moeten. Want ik stond bij de balie van het restaurant te wachten. erger nog hun koffiezetapparaat werkte niet, terwijl er niemand aanwezig was om een ander te vragen en/of de hulp te vragen.
