8.0Cleaning, excellent! Easy to access. Close to cheap parking. Close to restaurants, bars and the river. Our kids (13 + 11) enjoyed the beds. No problems to bring dog.
Muy cómodo y céntrico
9.0Perfecto para una pequeña escapada. El desayuno es muy bueno. Automatizado , fácil si llegas tarde a hacer el check in

10.0Lemmik koht, kus Tartus viibides ööbida. Kvaliteet on alati tagatud – toad on korralikud ning puhtad. Kööginurk vastab vajadustele. Ükskõik, mis suunas aknad asuvad, on ööbimine rahulik. Küsimuste korral olen alati saanud vastuse kiiresti.
I am extremely disappointed with this experience.
2.0I usually do not write long reviews, but in the case of this hotel, I decided to make an exception. Point 1: What did I like? There was only one positive aspect: the hotel is relatively new. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end.
− What didn’t I like? Everything else. The hotel description does not clearly explain how it operates. On arrival, the main entrance code did not work. A note said to use the courtyard entrance, so late at night I had to search for another way in. The hotel is completely unmanned, and reaching my room required entering the same code several times. As a smoker, I had to repeat this every time I went outside. The room felt more like a cell than a hotel room—it was extremely small. There was a capsule coffee machine, but no suitable cup: the only cup provided was too large to fit. The bathroom was also tiny. I could barely move in the shower, and the cabinet was mounted so low above the sink that brushing my teeth normally was impossible. The biggest disappointment was breakfast. Instead of hot coffee, toast, eggs, cheese or sausages, a bag of cold food was left outside the door. Coffee had to be made separately. The breakfast box was marked “VEGGIE,” although nobody had asked whether I wanted a vegetarian meal. To sum up: this place may suit an undemanding introvert who likes complete isolation and does not mind staying in a capsule-sized room. For everyone else, I would not recommend it. Tartu has many similarly priced hotels offering normal-sized rooms, hot breakfast and staff at reception.
