− The room was really small even for Japanese standards- we had two carry on luggage and had problems to fit The cleanness could be improved

9.0Excellent stay – spotlessly clean and highly recommended! I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at this hotel and felt very comfortable from the moment I arrived. The exceptional cleanliness throughout the entire building deserves special mention – both my room and the common areas were immaculate and impeccably maintained. The entire team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, leaving nothing to be desired. The amenities and atmosphere also perfectly met my expectations. Nothing was lacking. I would love to return and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! Many thanks to the entire team for the wonderful hospitality!

− JR線の最寄駅、田町駅から歩くと少し離れている LUUPのスタンドは近いが、駅までの繋ぎでは使用しにくかった

10.0Es war sehr gut. Der eine Concierge war sehr nett und bat mir an, auch mit tattoos ins Onsen zu gehen. :)
− Das Kissen, aber unten an der Rezeption kann man sich ein anderes aussuchen und mitnehmen. Also überhaupt nicht schlimm.
