La ubicación fue lo único bueno

− Lugar sucio descuidado, falta de claridad en el cobro , me cobraron impuestos siendo extranjero, cobran recargo de mascotas el cual no aclaran al momento de hacer la reserva son 12 dólares extras por día, por cierto viaje con mi animal de servicio certificado , no conocen las leyes ni las normativas internet deficiente y señal móvil nula

Lo que más y casi lo único fue la atención del señor LUIS, fue el único empleado atento y servicial los demás muy toscos y poco amables y des atentos

− La cocina no estaba bien dotada para cocinar, nos tocó pedir cosas adicionales como cuchillo, cubiertos, pocillos y vasos, el gas muy limitado y se acabó al segundo día, también se fue el agua, no teníamos tv solo LUIS nos ayudó.. los valores de la carta muy altos.. los pocos utensilios de cocina que había estaban sucios..

− The beach was immediately disappointing. You can't really swim there. The water is dirty and full of particulate matter. The pool was disappointing. It's waist deep and overheats in the sun so that it's not even refreshing when you jump in. The service was very disappointing. We arrived and they couldn't find our reservation so the guy made us sit in the hot sun for 30min while he made multiple phone calls and called in 2 of his colleagues. THE PLACE WAS EMPTY. There was no reason not to just put us in a room while they sorted it out. When they finally decided to put us in a room there was another 20 minute process of interrogation first. They asked me more questions than customs did when I entered the country. As they finally took us to the room they pointed out that if I wanted to drink my own rum that I had brought while on the property I had to pay a corking fee. Meanwhile at no time as we were chilling by the pool did anyone ask us if we wanted a drink. Instead each time I had to go searching for one of the multiple employees who were scattered around the property to get them to come to the bar and serve us. I have no idea what they were doing. There were no other clients. They never told us the hotel served food. We went for a walk along the beach and managed to convince the find a small place that served fish. When we got back to the hotel at 9pm a staff member came to notify us that the kitchen was closing and asked for the first time if we wanted to see a menu. I definitely would not have been so harsh if the place had been reasonably priced but this place is charging top dollar. Absolutely shameful

Never going again.

Front of the beach and descent pool

− Very dated. Not clean. Poor service. No security. Our door opened without a key just pushing the doors hard enough. Asked for toilet paper for almost two days, never arrived. And one day and a half without electricity which was never explained or fixed.
