Overall had a comfortable one night stay.
10.0We were attending a wedding and luckily were given an earlier check in at 1pm which was very good. The room was lovely. There was air conditioning and thick double glazing so no street noise overnight.
− The light in the lift was not working which we were told about on check-in, so used the stairs which was ok as only had one small overnight bag but would have been difficult with a suitcase.

10.0It was a really charming hotel, lovely mix of modern and traditional features. The room was a good size, comfy and very pleasant. I like that it had plenty of tea and fluffy towels. They were really accommodating when J explained my plans and rearranged rooms so I didn’t n ed to change rooms.
− Nothing, it was lovely. A little pricey though for my second night. Reasonable price for my first night staying on my own but the price more than doubled for the second night when my husband joined me.
Good to know
Live music is played Friday and Saturday nights until 23:00 and there is a quiz night most Sundays.
