− ALL. the property wasn’t clean, wasn’t comfortable, the heater wasn’t working. the bathroom looks dirty, it has hair everywhere in bathroom. The apartment look so old and dirty.

3.0room was spacious clean enough there is a hot and cold water dispenser in the common area
− toilet sink was not working, toilet ceiling was leaking. no toilet paper provided there was no blanket, just a thin bedsheet. no kettle in the room
