− O chuveiro não é elétrico, tivemos que tomar banho frio. Essa informação não é divulgada nas comodidades no site e deveria, pois mesmo a cidade de Manaus sendo quente, os clientes precisam ter a opção de tomar banho quente ou não. OBS: Essa questão do chuveiro elétrico é algo cultural do hotel, pois realmente eles não tem chuveiros elétricos. Por causa disso eu não voltaria mais neste hotel.
