9.0Отель с чувством настоящей классики: красные ковры, парадная лестница, большие двери! Понравился номер, очень понравилась ванная, приятный персонал. Персонал русский, нас это немного удивило, и некоторые отмечали сложности с общением – не могу прокомментировать, потому что тоже русская. Но в целом нам крайне мало приходилось обращаться, думаю, это не должно стать сложностью, особенно в мире с интернетом и онлайн-переводчиком!
− Минусы: нет утюга, нет холодильника, нет чайника. В принципе, никакого кухонного оборудования нет (даже стаканов). Для меня это было большой неожиданностью, потому что я привыкла, что такие вещи есть по-умолчанию, но мои друзья из Германии сказали, что в их стране так принято, а кухонные принадлежности есть только в дорогих отелях или американских сетевых. Возможно, тут была моя собственная неподготовленность. Но всё равно жалко, что этого нет)

8.0Room is large and like the high ceiling, art deco and large bathroom.
− It's a bit old school style hotel, also no kettle, no coffee, nothing but the room. Also the location is a bit out of comfort zone.
