+ Excellent central location near Potsdamer Platz, Brandenburg Gate and metro stations+ Good value for a budget hotel; convenient for short stays and events (e.g., Berlin Marathon)+ Many reports of friendly and helpful staff+ Simple but generally good breakfast; clean and quiet property− Small, spartan rooms with no wardrobe and limited hanging/storage space− Compact/open shower layout and small bathroom space− Mixed service experience; some guests reported unfriendly staff or checkout issues

Alles gut

− Invoice was not sent automatically after my stay despite confirmation by the front desk.
