10.0Excellent staff and modern clean rooms. Recommend having a car however there is a shuttle service. Beautiful place to stay
Comfortable stay for a family with kids :)
10.0Property is well equipped for a comfortable family stay - laundry/ dryer were especially handy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Facilities (onsen) and ski slopes next door (though some were no longer available due start of the off season)
− The food options at the hotel restaurant are rather limited. Shuttle bus service could be more regular.
Wonderful hotel, but rent your gear anywhere else
8.0The location was great, ski in and ski out via a small connector lift and in a much quieter part of town. The kitchenette was well equipped and we were able to make a lot of our own meals after one trip to the grocery store in town. Staff was excellent and went above and beyond to help several times, including an emergency booking on one of the airport shuttles and tracking down our misrouted luggage delivery from Yamato.
− The ski rental place, while convenient, is pretty terrible. It is overpriced and has atrocious quality gear - I went back to complain about my boots not tightening and they said boots that fit properly require an upgrade to the high performance package. While I was there, at least one other customer came back with a similar complaint (gear not working) and was told that was just how the basic package was and he needed to upgrade. I wish we had the foresight to book ahead with one of the fitting companies that will come to your hotel and deliver/pickup gear.
