Insgesamt in Ordnung, wenn ich in Tetove bin werde ich das Hotel wieder buchen
9.0Die Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und zeigten jederzeit großes Engagement.
− Aus meiner Sicht wäre die Rezeption im unteren Bereich effektiver. Sie würde auf die Kundschaft einen vertrauenswürdigeren und professionelleren Eindruck machen. Weniger positiv waren die Ausstattung des Badezimmers sowie die Qualität der Reinigung. Das Badezimmer wirkte insgesamt wenig gepflegt, und die Reinigung wurde aus meiner Sicht nicht sorgfältig genug durchgeführt. Hier wäre eine gründlichere und professionellere Reinigung wünschenswert, anstatt nur eine oberflächliche Standardreinigung.
