5.0Die Stühle im Frühstücksraum waren sehr bequem, die Ausicht aus dem Frühstücksraum ist sehr schön, es war sauber im Zimmer, es gab einen Fahrradabstellraum für unsere E-Bikes ( konnten wir jedoch erst am 2. Abend nutzen, weil am Anreisetag kein Personal anwesend war!)
− Es gab keine besetzte Rezeption!! Es wird in jeder Information auf die Rezeption verwiesen, es soll Kafffee und Kuchen angeboten werden - aber außer zur Frühstückszeit, in der EINE PERSON anwesend ist, gibt es kein sichtbares Personal.Zum Frühstück muss sich der Gast seinen Tisch komplett selbst eindecken mit Besteck und Geschirr. ABRÄUMEN des eigenen Tisches wird auch gern angenommen. Benutztes Geschirr wird nicht vom Tisch des Gastes abgeräumt. Auch keinen Cappuccino/Kaffee oder Kuchen am Nachmittag gibt es trotz Jonweisschuldern nicht. Restaurant steht am Gebäude dran, jedoch kein Betrieb. Fragen konnten schlecht gestellt werden, Bedürfnisse nicht vorgetragen werden. Die ZIMMER liegen nur teilweise zur Stadt hin und haben Aussicht, das war meine Buchungsmotivation, von Panorama hatten wir jedoch nicht viel. Die Betten waren wackelig, nicht sehr bequem und ein trauriger verwelkter Bambusstengel symbolisierte die Situation gut. Auf der Terasse/Lounge gibt es ebenfalls keine Getränke bzw Bedienung.
