On the whole we left with a lot of negative feelings. I will rate you 2 on 5 not 4 as you rated.
4.0The breakfast was good. One customer broke a glass at our next table and the glass fell on the floor. That customer took another table subsequently. But the glass pieces stayed there for quite a while before someone would attend to it. The person on duty looked at us in such a way as if we had broken the glass. If she had a doubt she could have asked us. She just assumed.
− Me and my colleague (both women) had checked in around 11 pm. The next day we had a meeting to attend from 9.30 am which would end by 5 pm and we had to catch a train at 11 pm. We requested the reception staff if we could check out by 7 pm. They said they will charge us for 2 days if we did not check out at 12 noon. So we had to check out at 9 am itself and leave our bags with the concierge. After we got back from the meeting we had to be at the reception till 7 pm when we left to the Railway station. For 10 hours of stay we had to shell out the amount you charge for one day!! There was no humanitarian consideration given. They said the hotel software will not permit that. It will automatically charge for 2 days. The software will do what you have fed in. Exceptions should be made when it is genuine. Also even at 7 pm it would not be 24 hours of stay.
Not gonna stay there again.
6.0The servers were good.
− Room was extremely small. Washroom had almost no space to stand. Room phone was not working the service like laundry was expected to deliver in 36 hours to get it delivered early they charged double . Food ordered in room was terrible. Buffet was also okaish. Overall it wasn’t a great experience.
