10.0We had a wonderful stay at Ionian Arches. We are a family of four, and the welcome was excellent from the moment we arrived. All our needs were taken care of during the stay. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and clearly wanted us to have the best possible experience. The food from the hotel’s kitchen was also excellent and very tasty. The hotel is very beautiful, and the rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable. It is clear that high-quality materials and equipment were used in the rooms. There was always hot water, everything was well maintained, and our family room was excellent. The best part of our stay was the wonderful treatment we received from the staff. The location is also very good, with beautiful views of the sea and the pool, depending on the room you choose.
