Un gran hotel por la grandeza de las personas que trabajan en él
10.0Queremos hacer una mención especial a los miembros del equipo que nos han acompañado en el día a día. Desde Saloua, la encargada de la limpieza de nuestra habitación, que ha realizado un trabajo impecable, hasta todo el personal del comedor. En especial a Manuel, Neus, Josefa y Marise, cuyo trato atento, amable y profesional ha hecho de cada comida un momento especial. Sabemos que es imposible nombrar a cada uno de los cociner@s, y camarer@s por su nombre, pero queremos que este agradecimiento se haga extensivo a absolutamente a todo el equipo de cocina y sala. De igual manera, queremos destacar la labor del personal de recepción, siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos con una sonrisa ante cualquiera de nuestras peticiones, así como a todo el servicio de la piscina: camareros, monitores de animación y el equipo de limpieza de las zonas comunes, quienes mantienen las instalaciones en perfecto estado. Un gran hotel no se mide solo por sus estrellas, sino por la grandeza de las personas que trabajan en él. Ustedes tienen un equipo humano excepcional que nos ha hecho sentir como en casa gracias a su calurosa acogida.
Excellent food, 5 minutes walk to the beach and plenty of local amenities.
8.0The setting was very nice. The food available was pretty good and in particular - the Maitre d Manuel, who keeps the restaurant running smoothly was excellent. The staff were very helpful and professional.
− The Animation team were pretty average. I think they didn’t do enough to entertain the children during the day - often rehearsing for their evening performances, which were self indulgent and not very engaging. The best guest performers were a trio of singers - they were absolutely excellent!
Enjoyed the 5 days we were here staff were really good and helpful the entertainment was ok about 6/10 unfortunately

6.0Wir wurden auch sehr spät noch freundlich empfangen. Ein Taxi wurde uns gerne für den Rückflug gebucht. Die Vielfalt und Auswahl zu allen Mahlzeiten war gut. Unproblematisch war die Verlängerung um einen weiteren Tag im Hotel, bedingt durch Flugabsage.
− es gab nichts zu bemängeln, einzig die Lautstärke im Restaurant. Vielleicht durch Pflanzen oder Vorhänge etwas positiv zu beeinflussen.
