9.0Très confortable et tranquille et le petit déjeuner était très bon et abondant
− Les instructions n’était pas clairs pour le service de souper. Initialement on nous avait demandé d’aviser 40 min en avance mais lorsqu’on a voulu confirmer, on nous a dit qu’il fallait aviser 2h en avance, ce qui a fait qu’on manque la période de service. Heureusement, il y a plusieurs choix de restaurant à proximité.

9.0La ubicación del hotel. Es ideal para salir a caminar por la zona turistica de Guaduas. Tambien, la atención del personal a cargo fue excelente.
− Un poco de ruido en los pasillos durante la segunda noche de nuestra estancia.
