1.0Good location.
− If you just need to sleep just 1-2 nights put on your AirPods with noises cancellation and ure fine. The bathroom is shared and the overall cleanliness is below the basic standard (to be polite) I wouldn’t leave valuables in the room. Luckily I had business meetings so Mac and other tech stuff was with me during the day Not worth the value. The listing in booking looks fine, then you get to the place and reality sink in (or punch you in the face) My suggestion is to get another hotel in the area.

1.0I'm glad we could test it on ourselves, so that others don't have to.
− A very dirty place. Look at the photos - SPIDER WEBS, DUST, STAINS on the walls, couch and the floor, SCRATCHES... We didn't even stay for one night! You can find whole private apartments in London in similar or maybe slightly higher prices, and I would definitely recommend doing that instead of booking a room here. Moreover: - Something that looks like a fire detector is masked with a tape. - The building entrance a also looks very dirty and has a very unpleasant smell. - There apartment was supposed to have a bath, but you can see on the photo that there's only shower. - A code is needed to enter the apartment, but we couldn't find any code (thankfully we didn't even need it, as we didn't come back there).

− The room had a very strong smell of cigarettes. We had towels for one day, after that they took them and they were never given back (we had them for 1 day we stayed 3). The “hotel” is next to a pub which was hosting parties every single night. We couldn’t sleep at all. I would not recommend.
