1.0Location and the Price was the best
− The room wasn’t ready for check in at 1300. The worst thing was our room and stuff (except of girl at the bar). Room wasn’t cleaned after previous guests. Absolutely nothing was cleaned. Bathroom sink still had green buggers, toilet was dirty, bed sheets were still wrinkly and hairy and the carpet in the room was probably never cleaned or vacuumed. It took 3 hours of my time to run around the hotel to make them atleast clean the bathroom. I even offered we could change the bed cheers ourselves if they give me fresh set, which they never did. At this point an employee suggested we could go look for something else (yeah try to find something else at the exact day of your stay) or he gives us 50£ back and promised everything will be done by the time we return form the city. Anyway, I’m not complainy person and can always understand the situation but the experience in this hotel was awful and I wouldn’t recommend the stay. The price and location was great. Customer service and cleanness (the standard atleast) the worst.

Cosy B&B above a Tooting pub but wifi poor
7.0It was a nice, comfortable room above a pleasant pub. The staff member who greeted me was friendly and the checkin and checkout processes were very easy.
− Wifi didn’t work in the room. The door lock was a bit stiff and one of the plug sockets was a bit iffy. A strange, piercing alarm sounded in my room for about 10 seconds (around 9pm). No idea what it was or whether it was connected to my room or the whole building. As it only happened once, I didn’t investigate it.

− Heater wasn't turned on, only one, pretty ropey pillow, and toilet other side of the hotel floor but understandable due to size of hotel room
