10.0Wir waren rundum begeistert! Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Das Essen war hervorragend – frisch, qualitativ hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Auch das Ambiente des Hotels ist wunderschön, gepflegt und lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gemütlich und unser Hund war herzlich willkommen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Super Hotel in einmaliger Lage.
10.0Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht und bekamen ein kostenloses Zimmer Upgrade. Das Personal war super nett und zuvorkommend. Es gab ein reichhaltiges und leckeres Frühstück, auf Wunsch gab es frisch zubereitete Eiervariationen und auch Pancakes. Die Lage oberhalb von Meran war einfach wunderschön.

8.0Wir waren dankbar für die Überraschung anlässlich unserer Silberhochzeit. Der Tisch war mit einem wunderschönen Blumenstrauß dekoriert. Außerdem hat uns sehr die Nähe zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gefallen, das Auto hatte auch Urlaub.
− Es könnte ein kleiner Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer sein.
