8.0Unbeatable location, absolutely stunning (Worth putting up with the downsides of the property because of the views ) Outside seating area Coffee Free Parking close to lodge
− Maintenance issues, decking rotting, sockets in bedroom don’t work ( and haven’t for months looking at reviews), dirty pan Smelly dog bed (we didn’t bring or book in a pet, although we knew pets allowed) No oven despite listing saying there was (no microwave either) No blinds in living room

− The blinds in the living room didn't shut, which is a problem when someone is sleeping on the fold away couch bed. They only provided 2 bath towels initially for 3 of us. They did provide the additional towels after being asked.

Comfortable and pleasant stay
7.0Location excellent. On the waterfront with a pleasant view. A short 5-minute walk to the Marina area. The water taxi picks up virtually at the property's entrance. The on-site Manager was very helpful when needed. A hot tub and outdoor shower area was a bonus. I would stay again in a room appropriate to the size of the group.
− An older style property. Whilst comfortable, it was small and suitable for 3 adults only, not 4 as advertised in the room we chose.
