Wir konnten richtig Urlaub machen und wurden von allen Seiten gut betreut. Eine echte Erholung.
9.0Die Qualität des Essen vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen war Extraklasse, einem Sternerestaurant würdig. Es lies keine Wünsche übrig und man war angenehm befriedigt, nicht übersättigt. Die Betreuung war jederzeit gegeben und fachlich wurde man bestens beraten, sei es mit Ausflugsmöglichkeiten oder anderen Aufenthalten in der Umgebung.
− Es gab eine nicht so gute Weinflasche, für die aber der Waldhof nichts konnte und es wurde sofort für guten Ersatz gesorgt. Also auch eine qualitative gute Leistung und kein wirklicher Mangel.

− Leider hatte unser Zimmer keine Klimaanlage….das hatten wir so im Vorfeld nicht beachtet bzw. bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie nicht erwartet…
