8.0The hotel was nicely decorated and the food was lovely. The artwork by the local artists was a nice touch. The bedrooms were a good size. The black room could be furnished with a mirror.
− The beds were quite low which made it difficult for one of our party to get in and out of bed. It was not an issue for the rest of us.
All in all a great place to stay and would definitely return Breakfast (full english) was amazing and delicious...

10.0Lovely local pub with very good accommodation. Staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. Our suite was on the top floor but very spacious and comfortable with lovely views. Good location with access to bus or Park and Ride.

A great base for exploring Whitby and surrounding areas.
9.0A beautiful village pub, in a rural location. Very clean in the public areas and our room was very clean and comfortable. Fabulous cooked breakfast, with a number of different options.
− Is nit a didn’t like, but as we were there in very hot weather it would have been nice if there was a fan in the room.
