10.0Incredible breakfast, staff very helpful, super kingsize bed, bus depot just outside hotel (2min walk), 15mun walk to Bangkapi Mall. Great location close to airport. Gym, pool and games room were good, had evening swim, towels at pool, play air hockey and table soccer in games room.
− Bathroom sink was positioned in bedroom and not bathroom but it was manageable and not a big deal.

− This was a strange experience. It’s marked as 5star - it is definitely not. The Design was quite poor. No Plug where the kettle is as just one example. It seems the Designer messed up. It’s a Hotel for Chinese Tourist groups it seems. The breakfast was like in a Canteen. Food was for Chinese tourists. Western Food was very low quality. I had to give a 1000 Baht deposit. First time in my life. So you can maybe imagine the kind of people who stay there if the hotel has to do this.

7.0このHOTELには毎日深夜十数台もの大型バスで中国人観光客が到着するようだ バンコク中心と空港の中間に位置するが意外に都心への便は悪くない 運河ボートでcit lom 方面へ バスでchainatown方面へと行ける ホテルのスタッフのサービスはきわめて良質
− 大型の団体が押し寄せるので仕方がないが 深夜到着時のホテル廊下と朝一番の食堂は連日騒々しい

5.0− I’ll take responsibility for not checking reviews more throughly but this hotel just wasn’t for us. I’ll start by saying that we could not fault the staff, they were lovely, helpful and efficient. The hotel itself seems to cater for large tourist bus groups. The pool(s) - advertised as 2 but is actually 1 pool divided into 2 depths, one for children. It is on the ground level where the buses park. The room we booked had 2 double beds but there was only 1 pillow per bed. The view from our window was of a block of residential units approximately 5 metres away, with the balconies facing us. We therefore felt the need to keep the curtains shut. As stated at the beginning, not a bad place, just not for us.

10.0Rooms and breakfast are so good and also close to the shopping Mall and cinema and great restaurants
− The hotel has put an ATM outside the entrance but it really needs some seating and a few tables while you are relaxing waiting for your taxi
