7.0Some staff very friendly - one not so much. Special thanks to chef guy who let us in. He was lovely
− Room was hot but fan provided. Very clean - would have liked earlier checkin but it wasn't possible.
It’s was very basic, who locks windows !!!

− The room was very small and the bathrooom was really old and no water pressure. The windows was locked and could not be opened during the hot weather . There was no air conditioning and no access to water. It was uncomfortable. The tv didn’t work and the towels looked old

2.0− Its was too hot, people shouldn't have been allowed to stay in that room my partner had a panic attack due to the heat no one got any sleep the next morning the staff said it was a regular complaint but it was extreme it was 40 degrees in the room
